The Seychelles National Institute for Culture, Heritage and the Arts was proud to host a vibrant Creole welcome, with traditional performances that lit up the atmosphere and gave the world a taste of our island soul.

A special byen veni was extended to the teams from Paraguay and Senegal, who were treated to lively moutya, sega, and drumming – a true expression of our Creole identity.

As we gather on the sands for football, we also celebrate the powerful unity of culture, diversity, and heritage. This is more than sport – it’s a cultural exchange, and Seychelles is proud to be your host.
